The world is full of disconnected systems. Intelligence is everywhere, but action is fragmented. We are building the layer that closes the gap. This is the universal execution layer that allows any intention, from a human, an AI agent, or a machine, to become an action. Safely. Securely. At scale.

Toru is the first implementation of the Information Access layer. It is the simplest version of what that layer can be. But the full vision is much larger.
